The electronic invoice is a valid tax document electronically signed and is completely identical to the paper form as fully meet the requirements of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, the Accountancy and Tax Act and VAT Act. It should be sent in PDF format on specified by the customer email after the issuance in the system. The electronic invoice enables the user into online mode to receive, review, confirm receipt, to approve of dispute it.

Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company recalls that the receipt of an electronic invoice to your e-mail does not mean that the obligation on the invoice is paid before receiving confirmation of payment.
